No. Once we validate your prescription in terms of its Validity and authenticity, we forward the same to the nearest chemist or Chemist selected for the confirmation stock availability. We will send you a confirmation by a SMS or Email about the same. Independent Licensed Pharmacy is fulfilling your prescription near you or your selected stores.
Yes. You need to show your original prescription at the time of Store pick up or Home Delivery as per the Govt. Regulation. You should keep your prescription handy for the same.
We try to update and give correct information on our website from time to time but prices of medicine and products listed on our portal vary from demographic location and are updated from time to time depending on manufacturers. The price listed on our website is to give you the clear information and the same can be verified from market or by checking product MRP.
You can report the same by going to NEED HELP section on our website and will update the same once we verify that.

Generic Medicine or alternate medicines are the medicines containing same salt but manufacturer by different company. Salt or composition of the product remain the same and assume to have same clinical action. By suggesting an alternate product we don’t intend to substitute the product on your prescription you demanded for and request you to confirm with your doctor and physician about the same.
There may be certain orders that Mychemist.co.in partners are unable to accept and service and these may need to be canceled. The situations that may result in your order being canceled include, the non-availability of the product or quantities ordered by you or inaccuracies or errors in pricing information specified by our partners.
We take strict action and rule to appoint our network pharmacy and only appoint pharmacies, which are licensed by the Govt. and follow Govt. rule and Regulation. Still, the product supplied to you is responsible of independent vendors.
Yes, we use the best security measures on our website to protect your data and upgrade it from time to time. It is regulated and monitored by 3rd party following the privacy policy and instruction by Government.
We at mychemist.co.in list the product information available with us and update the same from time to time. Mychemist.co.in operates on market place model where product is supplied by Independent License pharmacy. We will take your confirmation or update you via SMS or E-mail in case your product is not available with us at that time.
You can use various methods for placing your order with us by selecting listed products or you can upload a prescription and our representative will call you back for the same. You can pay it online by various payment methods like net banking, Debit/Credit card or you can also opt for COD (Cash on delivery) which you can pay at the time of store pick-up or Home delivery.
