What Is Your Cancellation, Return, Refund Policy ?
Cancellation:
An order for medicines or healthcare products can be canceled from ‘My account’- ‘Recent Orders’ screen on the Mychemist.co.in the website or by calling our customer care number +91-708-807-8888 before it is marked as “Dispatched”. Else, you can refuse it at the time of delivery and a refund will be processed as per the Refund Policy.
There may be certain orders that Mychemist.co.in partners are unable to accept and service and these may need to be canceled. The situations that may result in your order being canceled include, the non-availability of the product or quantities ordered by you or inaccuracies or errors in pricing information specified by our partners. Mychemist.co.in reserves the right to cancel any order. However, these are very rare situations as we put our best efforts to provide you with genuine products and good service.
Return:
We do our best to ensure that the products you order are delivered according to your specifications. However, if you receive an
(a) Incomplete order
(b) Expired product
(c) Damaged product
(d) Incorrect product
Please notify the Support team immediately or within 10 working days of receiving the product, to ensure prompt resolution. Please note that Mychemist.co.in will not accept liability for such delivery issues if you fail to notify us within 10 working days of receipt. Also, we request you not to accept the package if you find it tampered with at the time of delivery.
Customer cannot return non-refundable Product; it is customer’s responsibility to check whether the Product falls under returnable/non-returnable category before placing an order.
We also understand that various circumstances may compel you to return a product or products that are not defective. In these cases, we may allow the return of unopened, unused products after deducting a 20% restocking charge, only if you notify us within 10 working days of receipt and Mychemist.co.in reserves the right to accept or reject the product returned in such scenarios.
Category Of Non-Returnable Product:
Certain categories of products will not qualify for the Return as per Mychemist.co.in Return policy. The details of the non- returnable products are mentioned below:

Also, Mychemist.co.in reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds for certain products that fall under the category of non-returnable products, therefore we request customer’s to please check the return, refund and cancellation policy before placing the order.
How To Raise A Return Request
You can also place a request for return of the eligible product by calling the customer support at +91-708-807-8888 or you can send us an email on care@mychemist.co.in.
After your return request is processed, we will pick up the return items between 4-5 business days from the time of approval of the return request. Please note that this time period may be longer depending on the third-party courier partner’s terms.
* Please keep the return package ready in its original packaging with all the labels intact. You are also requested to keep a copy of the invoice/ bill from the seller handy for verification.
Refund Process
Please note that the refund amount mentioned at the time of return on the Platform is an estimate and will be finalized after completion of verification. Once the pick-up is completed and the product is verified by the seller, a refund of the total amount paid for the products returned by you will be initiated for eligible returns as mentioned above.
Wallet Refunds – 2-3 Business Days
NEFT - 1-3 Business days
Online refund - 7-10 Business days subject to the bank turnaround time and RBI Guidelines.
Cash on Delivery
In order to process such refunds for COD orders, the customer will be required to send an email to care@mychemist.co.in or call us at +91-708-807-888. Thereafter, the customer will receive refund to his/her wallet or customer’s bank account.
In case it is to refund to customer’s bank account, the customer will have to provide canceled cheque leaf and accurate bank details, if the bank details are incorrect Mychemist.co.in will not be liable for any delays in a refund.
